This is the result of an experienced business negotiator. If the deal is crap you call it crap and work to a better arrangement. If it takes some arm twisting and push-back so be it. And most times the apposition knows it is a crap deal in their favor and when it comes down to it they know it will sting in the money coffers if they don’t do something. Well done!
