OK! We can’t withhold funds … but

It’s judicial over-reach by activist judges all over again. The AP reports that today (April 25, 2017), a federal judge, U.S. District Judge William Orrick, blocked any attempt by the Trump administration to withhold federal funding from “sanctuary cities” that refuse to cooperate with U.S. immigration authorities on deporting illegal “undocumented” aliens. How about this!

Arrest the federal law violators

Since the mayors and major players of these sanctuary cities seem to be in your face and vocal about being sanctuary cities, it would be an easy case of violating their responsibility to uphold FEDERAL statutes and since they choose not to, indict them and arrest them for violation and subverting federal statutes! Since federal overrides state and city then hold the people responsible to task. Their constant harangue about how they are going to defy any actions to invoke the government mandates in my mind is a simple and solid foundation for an indictment.

We keep playing this game with these asshats over the funding. Lets take a different tact and simply hold overtly defiant members of those communities accountable for violating federal statutes! I guarantee that if you or I did they would be all over us and we would be in custody. What makes these asshats any better!? They have already been documented vocalizing that they will not comply. On the first lack of cooperation the party involved should be swiftly arrested and charged. And pile on the charges for each count of defiance. It may just be the wake up that they need.

And ignore all the protesting that will follow. A non issue. Let me guess somebody is going to be offended. And it’s a reach but they just might be the illegals that are being harbored! Just a guess. Darn. I’m offended by their actions.
