Nothing new here
You may, or may not know, that anything you Tweet or Facebook is fair game to be legally used against you. Here is another case where that is being upheld. The trend is catching on and during spring break lots of people are being a lot more careful with what they do and who may be capturing it.
Is this a bad thing? Not really. Facebook and Twitter info can be used in court cases of divorce and criminal trial so it just makes sense that people need to pay attention to what they tweet just as much as what they say face to face.
